RxAccess.sd.gov is a program of the South Dakota Department of Social Services. This program can assist you in obtaining prescription medications at low or no cost, if you qualify.

RxAccess.sd.gov does not pay for your medications, or reimburse you for past medication expenses. There are a number of drug companies that sponsor patient assistance programs, and we can help you figure out if there is such a program for your medication, and connect you with the drug company to get the process started.

RxAccess.sd.gov cannot guarantee that you will receive your medication assistance. The drug manufacturer has the final authority on that.
